Kneaders Bakery & Cafe

Kneaders Bakery & Cafe has several locations throughout Utah (none too close to downtown Salt Lake City, unfortunately!). I've been there a handful of times in the last year, and everytime I go, I get the Turkey Cranberry Sunflower Gourmet Salad- it is by far one of the best salads I have ever had. This salad consists of: spring mix salad, slow roasted hand pulled turkey, portobello mushroom, sweet poppyseed dressing, mozzarella cheese, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, and red onions.

Kneaders has plenty of other options, though- a plethora of sandwich options, paninis, soup, pastries, etc. The store in South Jordan also sells home decor and food gifts. There is always an amazing display of bakery items ranging from brownies, to cakes, to cookies, to any pastry you can think of. Kneaders has a nice, home-y feel, with good food to boot. I highly recommend this place the next time you find yourself in South Jordan, Orem, Provo, Lehi, Fort Union, or Riverton, and are in need of a good meal!
