Now's your chance to get a FREE heart healthy screening at selective Smith's Food and Drug stores in Utah. Find a local Smith's with pharmacy services (go to www.smithsfoodanddrug.com for locations) and give them a call and see if they are participating in this fun promotion (only until March 4 of next week). They will run the following tests/measurements:
**Total cholesterol levels
**Blood pressure
**Diabetes glucose levels
**BMI

nice find jenn (: I have super high blood pressure, so I have been eating a low salt diet. It's hard....but it works!!! Let me know how they test your BMI.....sometimes that can be sketchy.....
