Time Out for Women

This weekend I spent entirely with family. I went to Time Out for Women on Friday night and all Saturday with my mom and sister, and then that Saturday night, we went to the Vibe concert "Evolution in Dance" (mentioned in the blog below). The Vibe concert was pretty good- NOT as good as their "Move" concert earlier in the month BY FAR, but there was still amazing dancing and music.

Anyways, back to Time Out for Women. The 2009 theme is "Sweet Assurance- the certainty that comes when you know life's truths." It's basically EFY or BYU Education Week, but shorter, and just for women. Sure, there were some cheesy moments, but it was uplifting and inspiring. It was nice to leave an activity feeling at peace with yourself and the world. This is the first time this group has done this in Utah, so if you haven't been to one, you should check it out! They are all over the United States this year.

Here's my comment! It was a fun thing to go to. We need to bring our camera so you can take a picture for your blog! :)

I think time out for women sounds wonderful, but I don't think I'd spend it there. :)
You should get sitemeter for your blog, and then you can see how many people look at it!

I am leaving a comment for my lovely wife. It sounded like time out for women was really cool and I am glad my wife got to go to it. Everything else that she has posted in January either tasted great or was really cool. The vibe dance concert was really cool and I am not just saying that to make my wife happy.

what a nice husband oblad man is. Sounds like you had a great weekend. I love watching people dance - we were addicted to that "so you think you can dance" show on TV. Not quiet as cultural as this....but hey....still cool.

all things Utah friend - you gotta leave a suggestion for where andy and virginia should go for their anniversary since you are the Utah Queen and always have good ideas for that stuff (: go to the HEINER FAMILY link on my blog (the anniversary part is on the bottom of the most recent post) (:
