To answer some questions from readers, we got accepted to dental school in Kentucky, Arizona, and South Carolina. After a couple of weeks of weighing the options, we've decided to go to South Carolina. It's time to try my hand at some southern cooking and re-learn some Civil War and Revolutionary War history.
