A sushi roll sampler (restaurant unknown)

Watkins Restaurant Group, Salt Lake City, is awarding the graduating class of 2009 with the "honor roll" during June. All 2009 high school and college graduates can bring a copy of their diploma to any of Watkin's four restaurant locations- Ichiban Sushi and three Mikado eateries- and receive a free "honor roll" with lunch or dinner. The "honor roll" combines spicy tuna, julienned jalapeno and avocado rolled in sushi rice topped with escolar, papaya, lime and ponzu sauce. If this isn't a reason to celebrate a high school or college graduation, I don't know what is!
